Important Information for candidates
Dear Candidates for FHNO Fellowship,
We will like to update you for some important information.

We will soon update the list of institutes that will participate in the current cycle.
The list would be helpful for Path B candidates to prepare their choice list of the institute.
We will share a separate Google form with you to share your list. Meanwhile, We encourage you to talk to the representatives of the institute or visit them. It will help you select your institutes.
In due course of time, We will arrange a Zoom meeting with all candidates to briefly update you about the process and answer your questions.
Please note that all the candidates will need to report at HCG Aastha Cancer Center Ahmedabad, Head Neck OPD on September 7, 2024, not later than 7 AM. Buses from HCG will leave for the Theory exam venue.
Each accredited institute will form an institutional rank-order list of candidates, usually based on their review of the application of the candidate and/or other information. These lists will be submitted to the Fellowship Committee before interviews and will be kept confidential.
Please carry:
- A self-attested printed copy of your Google form of application
- originals of submitted certificates with one set of self-attested copies (Highest degree certificate, Experience certificates, Proof of Presentations/ Publications).
- Original ID proof with a self-attested copy.
- necessary writing stuff for the exam.
- Please reply to this mail confirming your presence for the exam. It is mandatory.
